From initial consultation through to hand over of equipment, we ensure that we understand your requirements and carefully manage the project to successful completion so you get the best experience from working with us and from your home technology for years to come.  Whether a new build, refurbishment or room upgrade, we will manage the whole home technology project or be happy to work with your interior designer, your architect, your builder, your electrician and the other on site contractors to ensure that the installation goes smoothly. The stages of a project generally progress as follows:

Initial Consultation

We will arrange a home or site visit to talk over your plans and understand your requirements. During the discussions we will talk over the different types of technology and possible solutions so we understand your preferences and priorities. We will agree with you a timescale for getting back to you with our detailed proposals.

Quotation

Once we have carefully considered your requirements and created the best solution, we will arrange a second meeting to present our proposals, talk though the designed system and answer any questions you may have. Our proposals include a room by room breakdown with itemised costs for all equipment and installation/design services with supporting documentation describing the design and system components in detail. We will contact you at a later date once you have had a chance to review the proposals and make any changes you require, ending with an agreed final design specification and timescales.

First Fix (cabling)

We are happy to fully project manage installation or work the other design professionals and on site contractors to ensure that the project completes successfully. You decide the level of involvement you require from us. 

Second Fix (Equipment)

At this stage all equipment is installed, checked for connectivity and functionality and set-up for initial operation.

Completion

Equipment is then programmed and tweaked with your input to meet your preferences. We will give you and your family a final demonstration and instructions on operation for you to get the best out of your systems.

Support

We will leave you with a full set of operating manuals and other required documentation. We will provide ongoing support and keep you informed of updates and upgrades available for your system.
